Getting Started in T123

If you have problems with using the technology in these rooms, please report that to the help desk by sending an email to helpdesk@genesee.edu with the following information.

If you need special software installed prior to a conference or meeting, please send an email to the Help Desk at least a week in advance.

You will be contacted by a Computer Services team member to discuss/research your issue/request further.
