File a Help Desk Ticket

You can now file your own Help Desk ticket for a number of different problems, without having to call the Help Desk!

IMPORTANT: You cannot get usernames or passwords reset through this process! You do have to call for that!

Go to the page, select the option that fits your situation and send the email to helpdesk@genesee.edu
