BANNER Password - Forgotten/Locked

Your Banner password can only be reset by the Banner Team so the fastest way to let them know you have a Banner password problem (locked or forgotten) is to send an email to:

helpdesk@genesee.edu

Include in your email your Banner username name

One of the Banner Team members will contact you directly to reset/unlock your account!
